I wasn't trying to insinuate "oh, don't eat saturated fats at all, they're so bad for you". In my opinion, and this is how I eat day to day, you can eat anything you want as long as you don't eat too much of it and keep mindful of your overall health. Personally, I do not like low-carb.I am all about balance. I make sure that I don't eat too much fat, protein, AND carbs, but I don't pay particular attention to any one macro-nutrient. In my opinion, and this is how I eat day to day, you can eat anything you want as long as you don’t eat too much of it and keep mindful of your overall health.
